Creating FOMA
With the interface to Lexolution.FoMa enabled, you can transfer your file with the necessary contacts and contact relationships from Lexolution to Lexolution.FoMa to manage claims and conduct the legal dunning process.
It doesn't matter whether the transfer occurs immediately after the file is created or at a later time.
Transferring Claims
Claims from the Collections view can be transferred to Lexolution.FoMa. These are claims that are transferred to Lexolution via the external communication interface. Please read more in the Collections section.
Transferring Costs and Payments
If payments have been received or cost bookings have been initiated on files linked with Lexolution.FoMa, you can post these payment or cost transactions to the claims account in Lexolution.FoMa in the File Account view.
