This document explains how your language can be set and updated in the system.

Language is not set when your account is created

If your account is created but no language is set:

  • After your first login, the system will automatically use your browser’s language as the default.
  • This language will be shared with all related services.

Set or change language from your profile

After logging in:

  1. Go to your Profile.
  2. Find the Language settings.
  3. You can view or edit your language.
  4. After saving, the new language will be sent to all related services.

Language is set by the admin

An admin can:

  • Set a default language when creating your account (this is optional).
  • Edit your language settings after the account is created.

After the admin saves the changes, the updated language will be used across all related services.

Important Note

It may be that certain services do not support your selected language.
In that case, the service’s default language will be used instead (usually English).
If you notice missing or incorrect translations, please contact our support team for assistance.

The selected language helps to provide a better and consistent experience across the system.
