The file view includes three detail sections among others in the panels with information and also available for editing.

Billing Information Panel
This panel displays the billing information of the file.
The functional rights
- 10100 File - Billing Information - Read
- 10101 File - Billing Information - Edit
apply only to the billing information and not to the billing configuration.
Billing Configuration Panel
This panel displays the billing configuration linked to the file. The functions Edit, Resulting Rates, Agreed Rates, and Service Catalog are available. The following functional rights have been added for the billing configuration:
- 10026 Files - Billing Configuration Read
- 10027 Files - Billing Configuration Edit
- 10028 Files - Create New Billing Configuration
Acquisition Percentage Shares Panel
This panel displays the acquisition percentage shares of the file.
File Relationships Panel
This panel displays the file relationships of the file.
File Hierarchy Panel
This panel displays the file hierarchy.
The functions Edit and Delete, Jump to File Hierarchy View are available.
Participants Panel
This panel displays the participants of the file.
The functions New, Read, Edit, Delete, and Copy are available.
Property Lists Panel
This panel displays the property lists of the file.
Deadlines Panel
This panel displays the deadlines of the file.
The functions New, Read, Edit, Deadline Seen, Completed, and Print are available.
A filter can be used to additionally display completed deadlines.
Categories Panel
This panel displays the categories of the file.
The functions Add and Delete are available.
Conflict Check Panel
This panel displays the conflict potential and the status of the last conflict check.
The conflict potential can be changed with the Edit button.
The functions Create Manually, Open Conflict Check, Show Results, Start are available for the conflict check.
Conflict Keywords Panel
This panel displays the conflict keywords of the file.
The functions New, Read, Edit, and Delete are available for conflict keywords.
Performance Overviews for the File
The performance overviews 1 and 2 of the file can be accessed via a button in the menu bar (ribbon).
Legal Areas Panel
This panel displays the legal areas of the file.
Appointments Panel
This panel displays the appointments of the file.
Responsible Parties Panel
This panel displays the responsible parties of the file.
The functions New, Read, Edit, and Delete are available.
If the participation types HVRA, HV-Location, or FoMa-Caseworker are selected, an already registered responsible party in the file will be replaced by the new entry.
Reminders Panel
This panel displays the reminders of the file.
The functions New, Read, Edit, Completed, Completed & New, and Print are available.
A filter can be used to additionally display completed reminders.
Access Rights Panel
This panel displays the access rights of the file.
The functions New User, New User Group, Read, Edit, and Delete are available.
Additional Data Panel
In this panel, additional data can be edited by pressing the button in the panel.
