Depending on the administrator's settings, the user can choose their preferred method for the second factor during login.
The following options are available: - TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Password): A widely used and secure method where the user receives a time-limited code via an app on their smartphone (e.g., Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) to enter during login. Recommended method due to higher security.
- Email: The user receives an email with a one-time code that they must enter as the second factor. Less secure and therefore not recommended.
You can choose the method through the selection options. Once you confirm your choice, you will be directed to the selected method.
At the bottom of the displayed pages, there is a language selection. This can be used by the user to choose a language, as no login has occurred at this point and personal language settings are not yet available.
