Forderungserfassung / AI Smart Claims

Input Management can export documents to Documents on-premise (a.k.a. LEXolution.DMS) classified using Document Classes. Once they are classified, the system knows their type - e.g. Forderungsanmeldung, Rechnung, E-Rechnung. These classes are now available universally, called Standard Document Classes, and they provide a standard delegation mechanism to route documents to downstream systems, part of stp.one eco-system.

There are two available options to route documents to different systems:

DOC_CAT

• On-premise: Standard DESK provides a possibility to create or update Lists via Listenverwaltung. List named DokumentKategorien can be extended with a new AI Smart Claims category. (How to set it from Menu: Anwendung / Verwaltung / Listenverwaltung / Listnname DokumentKategorien / Element neu hinzufügen -> AI Smart Claims)
• Cloud: Customization / List Management cloud service provides a possibility to create, update or import Lookup lists. List named Dokumentkategorie can be extended with a new AI Smart Claims category. Fox XID of the cloud list use the index ordering of the on-premise one. (If AI Smart Claims is the first item in the on-premise list, for cloud one use D0C_CAT.1 as XID, otherwise they won’t map.)
• Cloud: Input Management / Dokumentenklassen / Dokumentendaten has a Toolbox where a field called Lookup List is available. It provides all available lookup lists from Customization service. When Dokumentkategorie list is selected, there is an option for Standardwert der Lookup-Liste setup where the newly preconfigured AI Smart Claims can be selected.
• Cloud: Input Management / Dokumentenklassen / Zuordnung provides an option to map that lookup list to Documents on-premise field. From Zuordnung der Dokumentdaten / DMS-Thema / Insolvenz there is a button Zuordnung hinzufügen that provides a mapping mechanism between Quellfeld aus Dokumentenklasse (field configured in Input Management) and Zielfeld in LEXolution.DMS (field configured in Documents on-premise)
• AI Smart Claims will listen for the category to run its processes.

Setup

• A Standard Document Class can be set in Administration / Dokumentenklassen / Zuordnung -> Klassenname nach dem Import.
• Imported documents in Documents on-premise (a.k.a. LEXolution.DMS) have a new field named Dokumentklasse that persists the class.
• AI Smart Claims will listen for the document class to run its processes.

Available Standard Document Classes

• Forderungsanmeldung with class identifier is stp.wza.class.
• IK-Antrag with class identifier is stp.wza.ikrequest.
