InputManagement uses the following groups to grant users permissions in the system. These groups are automatically created with every new tenant. Each group references a role with a very similar name, so in general we can treat groups and roles synonymously.
IM.Service (or IM.Services.OnPremise)
IM uses on-premise connectors that synchronize data between on-premise and the cloud. These connectors use a technical user in order to authenticate against the cloud, which needs this roles.
This role should never be used by a user.
IM.Employee
This user is allowed to import a document and look at the audit trail.
IM.Employee.Clickworker
This user can perform document tagging.
IM.Employee.Associate & IM.Employee.Paralegal
This user can also perform document tagging.
IM.Employee.Reporting
This user can only generate reports.
Note
The
IM.Employee.Reporting permission is also required to download documents
from the system.
IM.Employee.Reporting.Accuracy
This user can see the detailed accuracy KPIs for proceedings, interested parties, filing trays or letter-from dates assigned to exported documents.
IM.Employee.Training
This user can click the button to add a tagged document for later training.
IM.Employee.TenantAdministrator
This user has full control over the class and pipeline configuration. It has full access to the audit trail and perform deletions and lane management in the document pool.
IM.Notifications
This user can receive notifications.
