How to Use the ComCenter UI
The ComCenter is a central workspace for handling electronic communication channels. From one interface, you can manage channels, review messages, and access postboxes for services such as beA, Justitia.Swiss, KSeF, and Email (Microsoft 365).
Layout overview
Below you can see the main areas of the ComCenter user interface.
Top bar
- Displays the application name and version.
- Shows your logged-in user at the top right.
Left navigation panel
The left navigation panel lists all available Channels within your tenant.
Each entry represents a communication channel (e.g. KSeF or beA connection).
Clicking on the corresponding channel view in the main workspace.
The (KSeF) label indicates that this channel connects directly to a Polish KSeF.
Use this panel to quickly switch between your available channels.
Channel Management
- Opens the Channel Management area where you can:
- Create new channels (e.g. a new KSeF connection)
- Edit existing channel configurations
- Check the status of configured channels
- Create new channels (e.g. a new KSeF connection)
Hint
Use the left navigation to switch between
channels.
If a your channel does not appear on the left navigation panel, check in
Channel Management whether your credentials are still
valid.
Main workspace (center)
Displays the currently selected content or module.
On first login, a welcome message appears: “Welcome to Legal Communication Center”
Once a channel is selected, this area shows the corresponding messages or configuration details.
