Distributing the Add-In to your Organization

This is Add-in is currently only available as part of a closed beta-phase for Knowliah Customers only. During that time the Add-in can only be distributed in your organization by your IT department. As soon as the Add-in reaches General Availability, it will be available as simple download via the official MS App Source/Marketplace which makes this sideloading approach obsolete. Support for other Products will be unlocked continously.

This document describes how to distribute the STP Legal Workspace add-in to members of your organization.
After following these steps, you will be able to enable the add-in for specific users or groups through your Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Ensure Access to the Add-In Manifest

Ensure you have a valid copy of the add-in manifest.
This file should be provided by your STP point of contact.

Ensure Access to the Integrated Apps Portal

The integrated apps portal is a section of your Microsoft 365 Admin Center that allows you to deploy and manage add-ins for your entire organization.

Result

Individual users and users who are part of groups that have been granted access to the add-in will now automatically see the add-in in their Microsoft Word application. Note that changes to access permissions can take up to 24 hours to take effect.
