Before you can work with the add-in, you need to authenticate yourself. This document describes how to authenticate
against Knowliah.
Ensure Access to Login Data
To authenticate against Knowliah, you need valid login credentials. You can use the same username and password
combination that you use to log in to the Knowliah portal in your browser.
If you don't have access to your username and password, please contact your Knowliah administrator to request valid
access credentials.
Authenticate Against Knowliah
Follow these steps to authenticate against Knowliah:

Open the add-in: After opening the add-in without being authenticated, you should see the following screen:

Start the sign-in process: Click the Continue to sign in button to proceed to the application selection
screen. -
Select the application: Select the Knowliah application.

Enter your credentials: Fill out the login form and click Sign In.

Select database (if applicable): If your account has access to multiple databases, select the database you want
to connect to and click Confirm. - Complete authentication: You should now be authenticated and ready to use the add-in.
