To add more users to the Legal Twin/ stp.cloud login to the stp.cloud https://common.stp-cloud.de/
After login access the “User Management” through the dashboard.
Click on “users”
To add a new user select “+ new user”
Select Users and then “New User” to create another user. The required fields are marked with asterisks.
Please note the groups: Every user should be assigned to the “All-Users” group.
Other groups should be assigned based on the user’s role:
The groups LegalTwin.AskYourCase and LegalTwin.KnowYourCase are for Legal Twin - Case Knowledge - case file analysis and the AI chatbot
The group LegalTwin.LegalResearcher is for the Smart Legal Research module.
Once you have finished creating the user, click “save”.
The user will now get a mail to set a password, the mail looks like this:
After the user defined a password, they can login to the Legal Twin with their mail and password.
You can adjust a user’s data and groups at any time via “edit”.
