Analyze Your First Case

After you have successfully completed the onboarding, you can begin analyzing your cases with Legal Twin® - Case Knowledge.

Case List

The case list shows you an overview of all active cases found in your connected Advoware system.

Analysing multiple cases at once

You can analyse multiple cases at once by selecting multiple cases and submit them simultaneously for analysis. All documents in these matters will be analysed.

Analyze individual cases

By clicking the “open” button in the case list, the case view opens. In this view, you can see all matter data synchronised from Advoware and select the documents you want to analyse.

You can find the analysis modal in the top right corner next to the matter name.

In the analysis modal all documents of a case are automatically pre-selected for analysis - if you want to analyse only individual documents, you can select them using the checkboxes next to the documents. If a case was already analysed before you can also filter for already and not yet analysed documents.

You start the analysis by clicking the “Analysieren”-button. As soon as the analysis modal closes, analysis is started.

During an analysis you can switch to another matter in Case Knowledge or as well close the Legal Twin®.

Analysis Results

After the analysis is completed, the data extracted by the AI in combination with the data available in Advoware is displayed in the case view.

You can navigate in the menu on the left side between summary, participants, timeline and documents.

On all pages you can recognize data extracted and provided by the AI by the sparkle icon.

Usage Data

In the main navigation on the left you find the “usage” button to check your the usage and remaining available page count based on your license.
