How to join a live training session

You can join a live training session directly through the stp Academy in just a few clicks.

Step-by-step guide to joining a live training session

1. Log in to the stp Academy.

2. Open the menu by clicking the three blue lines in the top left corner and select "My Calendar".

3. In the calendar, click on the live training session you are enrolled in.
   This will take you to the training session's detail page.

4. Starting 30 minutes before the training begins, a "Join" button will appear on the right side of the page.

5. Click "Join".
   You will be automatically redirected to Microsoft Teams.

6. The meeting will open in Teams – simply click "Join now" to enter.

• The "Join" button only becomes visible 30 minutes before the live training session starts.
