System Requirements

Overview

This section describes the technical requirements for installing and operating the beA Desk and the beA Message Server.

Only 64-bit systems are supported.

Supported Operating Systems

Server Operating Systems

• Windows Server 2025
  
• Windows Server 2022
  
• Windows Server 2019

Client Operating Systems

• Windows 11

Note
Home or Starter editions are not supported.

Supported Database Systems

• Microsoft SQL Server 2025 (Standard or Enterprise)
  
• Microsoft SQL Server 2022 (Standard or Enterprise)
  
• Microsoft SQL Server 2019 (Standard or Enterprise)

Required STP Components

The following components must be installed and available:

• STP User Management
• STP Common Services
  
• LEXolution Service Bus

Optional / Dependent Systems

Depending on your use case:

• STP Documents (DMS)
  Required for document transfer and archiving

• STP Winsolvenz Required for court workflows

General Requirements

Before installation, make sure that:

• all required systems are available and accessible
  
• network communication between components is ensured
  
• the latest updates and security patches are installed
