Signature Components

Overview

The beA Desk supports digital signing of documents directly within the application.

For this, either external or integrated signature components are used.

Available Signature Components

The following options are available:

• STP beA Desk Signer (integrated solution)
  
• SecCommerce SecSigner (third-party component)

STP beA Desk Signer

The STP beA Desk Signer is an integrated component that can be installed as part of the beA Desk setup.

• Direct integration into beA Desk

SecCommerce SecSigner

The SecCommerce SecSigner is an external signature component and must be installed separately.

• Supports batch signatures
  
• Requires a valid signature card

Note
Batch signing is limited to a maximum of 30 documents per signing process.

Note
During batch signing, documents are loaded into memory. Make sure your system has enough resources available.
