Overview

The beA Desk System consists of several components that work together to enable secure communication with the beA network.

This section provides an overview of the system architecture.

System Components

The following key components are involved:

• beA Desk (Client)
  User interface for creating, sending, and receiving messages

• beA Message Server
  Central backend component for communication and data processing

• STP User Management
  Responsible for authentication and user roles

• LEXolution Service Bus (LSB)
  Enables communication between STP components

• KSW Interface (BRAK)
  External interface for communication with the beA network

System Architecture

The components interact as shown in the following diagram:

Communication Flow

1. User works in the beA Desk (Client)
   
2. Requests are sent to the beA Message Server
   
3. The Message Server communicates via the KSW interface
   
4. Data is exchanged with the beA network (BRAK)

Key Features

• Communication takes place via the KSW interface
  
• The Message Server acts as the central processing unit
  
• Client and server are clearly separated
  
• Integration with DMS and other systems is supported
